DAVID ODIWO

Is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. David has over fourteen years post qualification experience spanning Auditing, Consultancy, Taxation, Banking and financial services. His experience spans Auditing of Major company’s as well as consulting in diverse sectors of the Nigerian economy such as value for money audits for major companies in the oil and gas industry as well as firms in the capital market. David holds an HND in accountancy from Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi. Edo state.

HENRY OGBOLU

Is also an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Henry has over fourteen years post qualification experience in Auditing, Banking, Taxation, Consultancy and information technology. He has worked on numerous projects within and outside Nigeria. His experience also includes training and strategic business solutions. Henry holds an HND in Accountancy from Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi. Edo State. He has also attended numerous courses both within and outside the country.

JOHN EBIEKPI

John is a B.sc Computer graduate of the University of Lagos. He has over seven years post graduate experience in information technology. He has been involved in numerous projects such as the University of Lagos on – line registration, Virgin Nigeria on – line payment system, Wabeco on line Waybill system but to mention a few. He is also a programmer having written Accounting packages, Stockbroking packages and inventory packages for various organizations such as City Securities, Empire Securities British American Tobacco Company. John has attended numerous courses including the Lagos Business School Networking course and the Executive cyberschuul on telecommunications proficiency.

SOLOMON ABEKHE

Solomon is a 1984 B.sc Economics graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. He also has an MBA degree from the University of Benin. Solomon has over seventeen years post graduate experience in Banking and Finance, Consultancy and management. He has attended various courses within and outside the country.

EMMANUEL E. OSAIGBOVO

Emmanuel has an Advanced Diploma in Marketing and Computer Studies from the University of Lagos. He is an associate member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants, Nigerian Institute of Management, Institute of Capital Market Registrars, as well as the Information Systems and Control Association, USA. He has over fifteen years experience in the Nigerian Capital Market having worked with A.G Leventis Nig. Plc and Fidelity Finance Company Limited. He has attended numerous courses including the Lagos Business School and the UNDP / CISCO network Academy.

EBIYE EKADI

Economist, graduated from University of Port Harcourt in. Banker with wide experience having worked in Central Bank as a Bank examiner later moved to work as a financial consultant specialized in technical and fundamental analysis for clients in the Capital market.
